Orlagh is a qualified Fertility Reflexologist & Counsellor and member of the Irish Fertility Counsellors Association who works with individuals going through natural and assisted fertility treatment. Reflexology for fertility is a complementary health therapy for individuals who hope to improve their overall health and fertility, or as a complementary health therapy alongside medically assisted fertility treatment. The focus of reflexology for fertility is to restore a natural balance in the body, reduce stress and promote relaxation, while gently focusing on the reflexes associated with fertility and the reproductive system.

There are many factors which can effect fertility and others which may naturally improve the chances of conceiving. Good physical health, diet, nutrition, reduced stress, low alcohol intake, no tobacco and positive lifestyle choices are some of these factors. Receiving reflexology treatments regularly can be part of a holistic natural approach to improving a couples fertility. It is suitable for men and women and both partners are encouraged to receive treatments as part of joint holistic approach. Treatments are relaxing and help to stimulate over 5000 nerve endings in the feet with many positive physical and emotional effects. Fertility Reflexology Treatments:

Initial Consultation & Reflexology – The first session combines a consultation, taking medical, menstrual, lifestyle and relationship information including your partners information with a 30 minute fertility reflexology treatment. We will discuss your fertility journey and identity any additional lifestyle changes which may be beneficial. Your treatments will be tailored to the information you provide. 60 Minutes and 90 Minute Duration

Reflexology for Fertility – This is a relaxing full reflexology treatment which focuses on the major reflexes, the reproductive system & endocrine system and any other areas identified in the initial consultation. Treatments are typically received weekly. 60 Minute Duration

Fertility Reflexology & Counselling – These appointments combine fertility, lifestyle and stress management counselling with a fertility reflexology treatment. A course of ongoing treatments is recommended. Treatments are typically received weekly. 45 minutes counselling /45 minutes reflexology. 90 Minute Duration

Reflexology is covered by most major health insurance companies including VHI, Laya Healthcare, Aviva and GloHealth when you attend a registered N.R.R.I Reflexologist. You may be able to claim part or all the cost of your treatment from your health insurance provider.
