Telephone counselling is supportive, nonjudgmental and confidential.
The same confidentiality policy applies to telephone counselling as face to face counselling. At the start of your first session I will clarify the confidentiality policy with you.
Telephone and online counselling is not suitable for anyone experiencing severe psychological distress, mental illness or individuals who are feeling suicidal. Please contact your GP for referral to a suitable service.
